In one corner we have the ever cocky Liam, bringing on a fairly typical Oasis sound with his little gang of chaps called Beady Eye.
In the other corner we have the dude on the stool with a guitar – Noel, giving it more soul and bringing a definitely stronger set of tools to the song-writing table.
What are your thoughts?
Mine are I’m glad I saw Oasis in Singapore before they broke up.
Noel because I’m biased :p and AKA What A Life from his album is pretty good. Few tracks from Beady Eyes sound like total ciplak tunes from other bands.
Noel was always the more talented of the two.
Noel’s song is incredibly good though, I guess partly we are already quite used to Liam’s voice, and thus “nothing new” there.
chris: Indeed, but then again he is definitely the more talented of the siblings. I actually like quite a number of tracks from the album.
