Nuffnang really knows how to throw a party! Their latest event was Stand Out with Nuffnang & Tiger at HQNine in TTDI Plaza.
Registration was quite happening early on with people showing up on time (mostly).
And of course the Nuffnang team was there in force.
There were all kinds of cool costumes like Cleopatra.
And of course the famous Spartans who took almost all the prizes away that night. This is SPARTA!
Of course we also had Susan Boyle (Kenny Sia).
And Cecila Chung (Pink Pau).
After everyone was registered, things started to get heated up inside with the ever present Liang and his co-host Jojo Struys (new to Nuffnang!).
The beer was flowing and the fun began!
There were a few speeches and some intro stuff, then it was time to eat!
Some people were REALLY excited to see the food.
There were so many cameras and flashes around it sometimes felt like a paparazzi invasion.
After dinner it was time for some beers and some picture taking.
Then the games begun, first task get as many Nuffnang Dollars as you can! This involved kissing Liang..
When the money had been gathered it was time for the auctions to begin.
People got pretty excited over the Armani Exchange belt and some other stuff.
‘Patrick‘ was first up to be auctioned.
You could win some AWESOME prizes like….a toilet roll!
Or a bunch of Bananas.
Then it was time for the best game of all! Put a bright pink stocking on your head and first to the chair wins as demonstrated by the hosts.
It was actually hilarious. Check out Kenny’s face.
Then it was time to choose the Stand Out King and Stand Out Queen, during the process….we got a flash of Susan Boyle’s Bush.
The 6 nominees for the top prize.
The final winners were Pink Pork Chop (who won the Coach handbag).
And Edward Scissor Hands (Joseph Lee) (who won the Xbox 360…jealous!)
It so happened that it was Timothy Tiah‘s birthday on the day of the event, so a cake for him!
And a bunch of notes stuck to him.
Yes that is the FAMOUS blogger Demond Kiu at the back.
That was pretty much it, plenty more beer after that and of course the cam-whoring went on late into the night.
I had a great time, rock-on!
