Back in Brunei, Minishorts and Dawn Yang..zzz

Ok well I’m in Brunei now, which in itself is kind of depressing..I’m not sure how I’ll cheer myself up, I’ll probably do a series of my favourite food in KL or something, or blog about some of the other things I’ve cooked lately.

If you have any requests of what you’d like me to blog about, just let me know, I’m open for suggestions and I’m pretty free until Dec 22nd 😛

Or maybe I’ll just go around making innocent comments that get blown out of all proportions 😀

I arrived here yesterday morning, and did a super blog-ho post yesterday 😉

For those that don’t know about the whole Dawn Yang thing you can read some more here:

Clapbangkiss
Who the hell is Dawn Yang?
Blogging her way to instant fame
Pre-Dawn/Post-Dawn
Open letter to Dawn Yang/Yeo

Dawn Yang was number 2 most searched term yesterday in the whole blogging world, so it’s quite a storm in a tea-cup!!

She’s number 1 now..

Perhaps the next big thing will be Minishorts.

See she has a whole new fanclub.

Being Minishorts(STUPID)
I love Minishorts. NOT.

Probably post later..

Probably post a lot of times actually.

Probably got nothing better to do 😛

Brunei is boring indeed. though when I went there, the theme park there was FREE CHARGE and I could go on ANY RIDE as much as I wanted…. now I think they charge for entry though… oops.

  5. ShaolinTiger November 14, 2005 at 9:28 pm #

Yeah they charge for it now..because of that no-one goes, because no-one goes they don’t maintain it, because they don’t maintain it no-one goes, etc etc..

  6. Eyeris November 14, 2005 at 10:46 pm #

that sucks. it used to be quite fun actually…. but then again, that was more than 8 years ago…

I’m with you and Kimberlycun in the battle all the way bro. The way I see it, you’ve more concrete footing in your facts as compared to them.

Not going to participate in any of the battles because I’m a pacifist, but feel free to ring me if you need AK-47s or something.

My terrorist, bearded looks grants me easy access to people with guns and bombs. Bwahahahahahaha.

(In the online world only, of course.)

Y’know, it’s sad that even at this age… all I know about Brunei is that they have tonnes of oil and everyone’s in a comfortable income bracket. 😛 Aren’t there like *any* tourist-y things/places there at all?

  11. ShaolinTiger November 15, 2005 at 1:42 am #

Not really, plus I spent 6 weeks here last year, so I’ve kinda seen everything anyway..

  12. JoeC November 15, 2005 at 1:55 am #

spend a beachy weekend in Miri 🙂

  14. miruLd'Ukraina November 15, 2005 at 7:57 am #

I don’t understand why you hate minishorts so much, is it about her being the blogo-police that she is?

Plus you had seemed to joined up with kimberlycun or something on her… gosh…

  15. ShaolinTiger November 15, 2005 at 8:13 am #

Hahaha I don’t hate her, please don’t credit her with being so important 😉

I wouldn’t claim to hating anyone, why waste emotion on something that you feel so negatively about?

Her general attitude does irk me, but then so do all that believe they are higher than their station, plus I am somewhat an anti-establishment kind anyway 😛

  16. miruLd'Ukraina November 15, 2005 at 9:58 am #

Haha… glad you cleared that up Mr Shaolin. BTW there’s one more important thing I wanna ask: Where did you get the blog search engine like that? Like featuring the most famous thing on the net or something, I think that’s pretty cool. Giving me something to fight over depression here…..

Follow the Bruneian crowd… go to Miri! They all come here to club, so come on. I’ll be in Miri until the 23rd; let’s get together and chat like chainsaws. I’ll bring some blogger girls if that would make you come.

  21. sunny November 16, 2005 at 10:05 pm #

I really cant figure you ou at all. I think I dislike you from all the things I have read but then at least you are not pretentious. You speak your mind.Still……you are not likeable! haha

  22. miruLd'Ukraine November 17, 2005 at 6:19 am #

    Thanks!

According to the rating Dawn Yang falls to no 9 now… hihi… I guess popularity doesn’t last that long…

Well at least she’s a queen for a day. And have you heard about Lunissa Moon (or something I forgot abt her)

Supposedly Dawn is a carbon copy from Lunissa, I read it somewhere. But Lunissa’s blog is restricted view after all these huhas…

are you a drinker? if you are, and you don’t yet know where to get your booze, ask the locals how to get to Kuala Lurah, bring along your passport, some friends and their passports, and a walk-across-the-border later, and you’re in illegal duty-free haven (all booze from Labuan). Food there is pretty decent too, though its mostly Chinese food and fried and grilled fish and meat. But its decent…Try it out. Just remember to be back in Brunei before 10pm, as the M’sian border crossing closes then. I’ll only be in Brunei on 28th, or else i’d offer to take you there 🙂

Haha remind me about this…I’ll be in a hotel for the next month or so, so no chance to cook sorry!

  26. formerlyfrombrunei November 18, 2005 at 12:20 pm #
