To quote Peter Tan:
On August 6 this year, bloggers worldwide are banding together to blog every thirty minutes for twenty four hours straight. We are doing this all in the name of charity. I will be blogging with five others here for the Hospice-at-Home-Programme. The programme provides palliative care for patients with terminal cancer. One has to go through those last few months with someone who is dying from cancer to be able to fully understand why their work is so important. I have gone through it and I can only say that without the Hospice’s support, it would have been very difficult to manage those final days of someone I truly loved. When all hope is lost, the only thing left that we can do is to let them die with dignity. This is exactly what the Hospice is helping families of dying patients do.
It’s a good cause, and it’s good to do something in the name of charity, so make a pledge, spent a little money and support us by leaving loads of comments.
I’ll be on 9am to 1pm Sunday morning.
ok! here’s the question. How long have you been in malaysia? can you speak malay fluently? how old are you? and finally, how’s the weather in UK during your holiday? cheers!
st: do the recipe flow… LOTS and LOTS of them… oh yeah.. what’s good in phillipines etc.
do you like guinness? between the black matter and other froth-on-pee-looking beer, which do you prefer? if it is guinness, why? do u think that it tastes and smells just a little on the weird side? in malaysia it is called the black dog beer in hokkien, and the ppl i know who drinks it are a bunch of old folks. so to me, guinness has always been an old man’s drink, considering that my late-grandpa substitute water with ‘or kao bee’ (black dog beer).
I’m going to Stafforshire soon for 1 year. Point me around? nah…this is not for you to answer during blogathon 😉
