If they can CAMWHORE….Why can’t I?!

I guess I can..

Me at f/1.4

Taken after getting my camera back from service, taken with 50mm f/1.4 at f/1.4 and ISO640 at arms length.

The catchlights are my 22" Samsung Monitor, one eye in focus one eye out, the power of f/1.4 :D

Just converted from RAW and resized, no touch-up.

    @Boss Stewie
    Really? Where? What? Post up some photos! :-)

    @shaolintiger
    Nice photo. Hey, I have a 3 year old Lumix DMC-FZ3. Sometimes I feel the picture taken is blurish, or not that sharp. I wonder if it's the lighting. Happens especially in the outdoors, even during daytime under a shade or something.

    Do I have to 'service' the cam, or is it just my lack of skills? :-P

    Wow. That is some mad skills on the 50mm F1.4. Most notable is how you camwhored such that your right eye, nose and left eyebrow are smack in the plane of focus!

    Lucifer: Yah, and why not I say!

    vicky: Yah the lens quite soft (well the DoF very narrow) at f/1.4 as it should be. Plus if I'd edited I wouldn't have such black eyebags :P

    Galvin: Well if you're gonna do it...do it properly aye.

    Boss Stewie: Good :P

    nicktay: Thanks, the lens has massive resolving powers.

    TenthOfMarch: Not sure man, might be too slow shutter speed, or might be pressing the shutter release jerkily, or focus might be out slightly, or might be on the wrong mode...could be many things. Come join us on a photo outing one day.

    changeiam: I always shoot in RAW, if I wanted to shoot jpeg I'd buy a point and shoot :P

    suanie: Aye I might do if I can find a suitably disrespectful place to jump.

    Chapree Da Grande: Yah will do some more soon if the mood strikes me hehe.

    icemilo: Saying my writing is bad :P

    KY: Why not?

    papajoneh: Thanks :) Well I do read a lot of blogs..I after all am a blogger at heart.

    Albert Ng: Heh thanks, it did indeed come out just as planned thankfully. Kind of heavy holding my camera at arms length.
