Just passed 1 Million Unique Visits! & The power of GOSSIP (DJ Montano & Celine Lopez)
As of now (since I installed the sitemeter) this site has welcomed 1,000,723 unique visitors with 1,845,073 page views.

That's quite a sum!
Also check this out, especially for fans of Gossip...a scandal in the socialite Metro Manila world - I've met some of the characters in the blog before and I've been to the place mentioned frequently more than once (Embassy).
It's an expose by an Australian who allegedgly got conned in the Philippines by one Delfin Justiniano Montano, it features the Gucci Gang, a pretentious bunch of coke snorting rich kids like Celine Lopez, DJ Montano, Tim Yap, and Wendy Puyat.
"DJ" Montano Delfin Justiniano Ocampo Montano II
Look at the insane traffic it's getting, it's probably since yesterday one of the most highly trafficked blogs in Asia! IF you want to read, make sure you read from oldest to newest. Lot's of people are getting exposed in the comments.

Apparently it's set Manila on fire and is slowly spreading through the Philippines - I wonder if the mainstream media will pick it up. It seems unlikely as Celine Lopez and her family seem to be quite influential and quite a few of them are involved with the media.
Thursday - 547
Friday - 6881
Saturday - 13,768
Sunday - 31,674
These are uniques too, not page views! I wonder how many it'll get today...and during the rest of the week as it gets spread around.
If you read any of the socialite Filipino blogs you'll probably recognise some of the people being 'exposed'. I do hope Brian gets his money back, I'd also be interested to hear the other side of the story as it's only one sided so far.
*UPDATE*
The story has finally reached the Philippines Inquirer (mainstream media) - no names named of course.
"Naming names: Online 'telenovela' indicts RP 'high' society"
The traffic is still going insane too with about 68,443 uniques yesterday!
20 commentsFort Santiago - The Walled City of Intramuros, Manila
After a good night out, I got up at lunchtime and headed out with Bryanboy to Intramuros, the walled city and Fort Santiago.
The location of this site was also once the palace and kingdom of Rajah Suliman, chieftain of Manila. It was destroyed by the conquistadors upon arriving in 1570, encountering several bloody battles with the Muslims and native Tagalogs. The Spaniards destroyed the native settlements and erected Fuerza de Santiago in 1571.
Intramuros is considered the 'real' Manila.
Intramuros, located along the southern bank of the Pasig River, is the oldest among the districts of the city of Manila, the capital of the Philippines. Its name, taken from the Latin, intra muros, literally "With in the walls", meaning within the wall enclosure of the city/fortress, also describes its structure as it is surrounded by thick, high walls and moats. During the Spanish Period, Intramuros was considered Manila itself.
A historically interesting site where we also learnt about the National hero of the Philippines, Jose Rizal.
It was 40 Pesos to get in.

And we didn't have much time so we took a guided took with a horse drawn carriage, this cost the princely sum of 1000 pesos, which helps support the site and staffing it, keeping it clean, repairs etc.

Sunny Manila & A Night Out With Bryanboy (AGAIN!)
Got to KLIA nice and early, even with the horrific traffic near Sierramas (stupid flyover has to be torn down).
Had an interesting breakfast, and started on my book, Midnight Cowboy (will review seperately later).

Arrived in Ninoy Aquino without any trouble and passed through immigration fairly fast.

I IZ BACK!
Loads of things to do tho, have to run out now.
Will update properly soon, here's a quick pic for now
