As you would well know if you follow my blog, I’m a fan of Cars & Motorsport and even have a category dedicated to it. I attend organised events as well as having my own stuff like Project Airtrek.

I’ve driven on Sepang myself multiple times and often attend Open Track Days.

The last time I was in there I got to sit in an awesome Honda Civic Type-R (FD2R) owned by the Pentagon boss – a company that specializes in Honda tuning.

I love the FDR2 fantastic for both road and track driving.

Anyway, for motorsport fans you’ll know that the MME is coming up soon (Merdeka Millennium Endurance Race) at Sepang which is a grueling 12-hour race running from August 5th-8th at Sepang. Of course Honda Malaysia Race Team (HMRT) is taking part for the 8th year!

MME is an interesting race as it’s not just about speed and skill, it’s also about endurance (for both the car and the team), strategy (correct tyre choice, refueling etc) plus of course teamwork and perseverance.

In conjunction with this Honda is also running the Honda Racing Ultimate Challenge! It’s actually quite an awesome contest, you just need to bust out your own challenging spirit and prove that you are the ultimate Honda Racing fan!

To enter head over to the Honda site to register, then what you need to do is:

1. Answer a Quiz
2. Complete a Go-kart endurance race on Aug 7th
3. Complete the final challenge which will be disclosed during the MME race on Aug 7th-8th
