Depressed?!

Maybe I'm depressed, I kinda feel like I am.

No mojo to blog, even watching Roy Chubby Brown didn't make me laugh that much.

Things haven't really been going well for me lately, perhaps it's karma? If it is - I don't know what I did wrong.

I hope they'll get better anyway, I sincerely do.

Maybe copious amounts of alcohol will do the trick.

I feel like I should be writing pages of words expressing how I feel, but I just keep finding myself drifting off and staring at the blank corner of the monitor.

I guess I'll sleep on it, hope the sun is shining tomorrow.

It is a beautiful day over here. Alcohol can never solve a problem but it does help keep the mind off it momentarily. Just make sure it doesn't cause another problem at the end -- like beer goggles. LOL.

The Christmas blues getting to you? Oh well, it's been kind of depressing lately... I've sort of lost my will to blog too and am losing subscribers like crazy too. :P

    Hey man,

Sorry to hear this, and I'm not sure if its a single thing that happened or just a feeling. I've also started to feel a bit down lately, but it's not that something's gone really wrong, but maybe just drained after one whole year of frantic activity.

Maybe some rest will help? Take care.

I usually find when I feel that way I have two options. To either fall apart where I stand, or sit in the corner and rust ... oh wait, that's Marvin the paranoid android.

I hope you're not getting depressed because I'm going to be there soon. That'd make me depressed! :-)

Oh, and don't drink. Alcohol is a depressant. Worst thing to do when depressed.

Copious amounts of alcohol will only make it worse, my friend.

You know the drill, temporary euphoria, then a worse crash.

    Your mojo will come back.

I can't imagine anyone having a full time job + keep blogging 2 or 3 times a week .... just to let people know what you ate, what you saw, who you met, etc. ad nauseum.

It must be the fatigue of having to put out the blog posts on time and in full ... after all, these companies paid some good $$$ to get exposure via blogs.

Sorry to hear about the depression but I guess at a certain point, everyone is bound to going through a depressed stage.

Alchohol probably help at times, but not until you get wasted. When you get wasted, the next morning, depression seeps back in and it gets worse.

I feel the best way to deal with depression is to only think positive and believe that a better tomorrow is out there somewhere.

Hopefully you'll get back your mojo and kungfu that depressed guy out of the way :D

Thanks all! Appreciate the well wishes - I'll be fine.

Kelwin: Haha don't worry bro, I have 20/20 vision even under the influence.

michaelooi: Aye, I don't get it every month though, few times a year maybe.

KY: Sure hope so, it's starting to look better anyway.

Angie Tan: Yah, it's hard to keep going sometimes.

davidlian: It's a culmination of things, plus being generally worn down. It gets to you after a while.

Mark Leo: Thanks, always look on the bright side eh. Wish a D700 would fall out of the sky tho :P

Huai Bin: Yah been there done that, a few glasses of whiskey and 10 hours of straight Prison Break helped a lot though!

    graye: Heh sure sure, thanks.

Ano: Yah, it gets to be a bit too much sometimes.

ben: Thanks for the appreciation :)

Elise: Seems common this time of year when you realise time is rushing past and you haven't achieved what you planned to.

pinkpau: Yes yes please please, show me some Kebabs!

potatoe: Aiyah, D700 enough already la boss!

moons: Thanks bro, appreciate the positive words.
