All I can say that this is all due to money issues.
Contests like this are pretty pointless when votes aren’t based on performance and quality. It just makes the contest lose its quality and standard. I wonder if winning this contest has any prestige even.
What if someone who doesn’t have any quality to be a model, manage to be in the top 12, and then have someone with loads of money sponsoring the votes. 100% guarantee win then i suppose?

The result was really disappointing. I have nothing against Cindy but I just feel she shouldn’t have been crowned the first MDG. I just feel she doesn’t have the quality. From day 1 until now, she still hadn’t mastered her fundamental cat walk techniques. I saw her walk in the finale and she did not bring up the aura model in her. Rather I was looking at an average Jane walking the runway. Just my two cents and like I said, I have nothing against her, just my honest opinion. Cheers.

I was there last night ;D I really thought Hanis was going to win.
She has amazing friends and supporters. They even made t-shirts to support Hanis. I felt kinda bad when the audience only applauded for Hanis and not Adeline and Cindy. But Hanis really really deserved it.
I really don’t think Cindy deserved the first place. She have a terrible catwalk and haven’t improved much since the beginning of MDG

Fuck it. Cindy does not deserve the MDG title by a mile. She has shown the least improvement and even said so herself she just wanted to be in the MDG for the exposure and experience. If the show does not do a damn thing about their voting system and make full use of their judges, I’m not going to watch MDG anymore. Waste of time. It’ll just be a battle of who has the richest voters.
