IMHO it's better to focus on producing original and interesting topic rather then posting stupid updates from Mozilla, thunderbird, windows patch everytime and post 3-4 post everyday with some stupid pic that you can get everywhere. Put effort in the writing and try to give something useful for the readers IMHO are the best strategy. Good blogs don't need extra effort on marketing, they sell themselves well enough.
