English Breakfast - JUST WHAT I NEEDED!

So after sleeping like a zombie for 14 hours I crawled out of bed and took a shower..

Take a shower is quite an experience here, like in Malaysia you take a shower to cool down, when you take a shower here, the temperature is about 15 degrees so as soon as you step out you start freezing to death..

Got downstairs and my mom had started cooking up one of my favourite things in the world, THE FULL ENGLISH!

You need some nice juicy mushrooms, man I REALLY MISS MUSHROOMS..

Yeah, good big fresh mushroom, can't beat it..

Stick them mushroom and some huge tomatoes in the grill (in the bottom of the grill under the mesh)..

Then you grill the sausages and bacon on top of the mesh, so all the juicy goodness drips onto the mushroom and tomatoes and they soak it all up...hmm nice

Fry a couple of eggs to perfection

Then whack it all on a plate..man it makes me salivate just looking at it.

Serve with crusty white or wholegrain bread and orange juice, perfection!

Orgasmic!

    U r definitely a momma's boy, huh. Been eating that 4 days in a row when I was away for a work trip...neh...started to get bored after that...and hey-u missed out one thing-baked beans. Egss are fine but leave the yolk though as u dun want ur cholesterol levels to shoot up.

    With all that juice and lovely tomatoes I think Baked Beans kinda spoil it, I don't mind having beans with crappy sausages and bacon, but these are the real mccoy from a farmers market.

    And yeah, mom's best!

    Haha, I do like hash browns, I will admit that, but they would ruin a traditional English Breakfast, as they are from yank land ;)

    Hey it's supposed to be ALL fried in a pan ok, we grill most of it, so it's a lot more healthy than it's original incarnation, but still tasty :)

    Yeah lucious boobs to go with the lucious stomachs :S

    My Grandfather liked Blackpudding! I hope they still don' t make it with tom cat any more (as per the Goodies Eckythump episode!) :-)
